Curriculum Review

This year the Bible and Chinese and Foreign Language curriculums are being reviewed. Last week we hosted an evening "Coffee and Chat" to give parents a chance to have their comments heard, documented, and to be given to the Curriculum Committee headed by Ed Tackett.

Please feel free to leave any feedback and comments on either since the process is ongoing. In December there will be a chance for parents to sit in Focus Groups for Foreign Language with an external consultant who will then write a report of recommendations.

Secondary Parents Prayer Group Thanksgiving meeting, Nov 19, 7pm

Dear Secondary parents,

Evening Prayer Meeting on Nov.19th, 2009 at ICS Chapel from 7:00-9:15pm

“He who brings an offering of praise and thanksgiving honors and glorifies Me; and he who orders his way aright [who prepares the way that I may show him], to him I will demonstrate the salvation of God.” Psalm 50:23 ( AMP Bible)

We bless you with the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ! We would like to invite all Secondary parents & teachers to join our Thanksgiving Celebration, Worship & Prayer at the captioned time. It’s a wonderful opportunity for us to give thanks to the Lord and show our appreciation to the faculty for their dedicated work and love towards our children. The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

7:00-7:30pm Light Refreshments

7:30-7:50pm Worship

7:50-8:30pm Sharing & Thanksgiving

8:30-9:15pm Small Group Prayer ( Please feel free to pray in your own language)
